Ask them if they have machines for grinding, roasting, and brewing gourmet beans and tea leafs. You might also need to order a table, mugs, coffee pots, and storage bins to keep the products fresh. Ask them which coffees and teas should be kept cold and which can sit at room temperature. Tips like this can make a regular cup of coffee flavor like it came from a gourmet coffeehouse. Ask the shops if they have items that you can use as gifts too. Since you are already ordering, you might as well get some things that you can give your friends and relatives on birthdays and holidays. Be sure to pay close attention to the level of courtesy that the company’s rep uses when answering your questions about tea crops, types of coffees, products, and services. This can help you determine how much they value their customers.
